Hotseat Booking
Salon & barbershop booking software, built in Louisiana
Hotseat was built behind the chair in West Monroe, Louisiana, by a hairstylist with 25 years in the business. Rumo's Barber & Salon is moving onto it now - and it's made for shops like yours, anywhere in the state.
Set up in person across Northeast Louisiana
If your shop is in West Monroe, Monroe, Ruston, Bastrop, Farmerville, Columbia or nearby, we'll come to you: set up your services and team, bring over your clients from your old booking app, and show everyone how it works.
Anywhere else in Louisiana - Shreveport, Alexandria, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans - everything works the same online, and setup takes minutes.
What your shop gets
- An online booking page for the shop and a personal link for every stylist.
- A team calendar for commission stylists and booth renters together.
- Checkout with Apple Pay or the card on file, tips and retail on one bill.
- Automatic reminders, and no-show protection that charges the card on file.
- Dynamic pricing that fills quiet hours and earns more on busy ones - only if you turn it on.
Simple pricing
$19 per chair a month, never more than $149 for the whole shop, with a 14-day free trial. Every feature included.
