Walk-ins stay anonymous

No name needed, and a walk-in's card is used once - never saved, never charged again.

A walk-in doesn't need a name, a phone or a client card. On the calendar, leave the name blank or type Walk-in - any spelling works (walk in, walkin, WALK-IN, guest, no name...). At the till, ring them up as a walk-in.

  • Their card is used once, for that sale. It's never saved, "keep my card on file" doesn't show for them, and nothing can charge a walk-in's card later.
  • Hotseat won't make a client card called "Walk-in", "Guest" or similar, and a made-up number like 000-000-0000 isn't kept.
  • If they'd like to be remembered - to rebook or keep a card on file - use their real name and number. Then they're a normal client.
