Notes: formulas, client notes and what clients write

Write down the formula on the visit, keep standing notes on the client, and see every past note.

Open the appointment on the Calendar and tap the Notes tab.

This visit: the formula, the toner, the guard, what you did. Tap Save visit note. It stays with that appointment.
About (client): something true every time, like an allergy or a sensitive scalp. Save to their card and it shows on every visit and on their client card.
Past visit notes: every earlier visit's notes, newest first, with the date, service and who did it - so next time you can look back at last time's toner.
What the client wrote: clients can leave a note when they book online. It shows at the top of the appointment and in your new-booking alert.

Other stylists see the visit on the schedule but not its notes. The owner and managers see everything.
