Bringing your clients and appointments over from Vagaro

Export from Vagaro, drop the files into Hotseat, check the preview, done.

1. In Vagaro, on a computer, export your customers and your upcoming appointments.
2. In Hotseat, go to Salon Settings → Import & export (stylists: the Bring my book step on their welcome page) and drop the files in.
3. You'll see a preview first: how many clients, how many appointments, and anything that needs a look. Nothing is added until you say so.

Appointments land on the right stylist's calendar. Clients who share a phone (family on one number) are handled for you.

Brought over appointments don't get Hotseat reminders until you switch over for good, so clients aren't reminded twice while Vagaro is still running. Then turn off online booking and reminders in Vagaro.
