Standing appointments

Book a regular the same visit every few weeks - until you stop it, or until a date.

When you book: on the Calendar, tap a time, fill in the client and service as usual, then pick Repeat: every week, every other week, every 3 to 8 weeks, or Custom for any number up to 52. It runs until you stop it, or pick Until a date.

From a visit already booked (or just finished): open the appointment and tap Repeat this visit, or open their client card and tap Make ... visit standing. Same services, same stylist, same time.

How it works:

• The next few months go on the calendar right away, and more are added every night, so it never runs out. Each visit holds its time - nobody can book it online.
• A date on a day off, during blocked time or on someone else's booking is skipped, never double booked. You'll see Not booked: ... with those dates on the client card - book them by hand if you want them.
• Whole visits repeat together - a haircut and beard trim stay a haircut and beard trim.
• It's always your regular price. Dynamic pricing never charges a regular more.
• The client gets one confirmation saying how often, then the usual reminder before each visit.

Changing it: tap Change on the appointment or the client card to change how often, the time, or the end date - from the next visit on.

Cancelling: cancelling one visit cancels just that one; the rest stay. To end the whole thing, tap Stop (or, when cancelling a visit, Cancel this and every visit after it). You choose whether the client gets one message about it.

Standing appointments are only made and changed by the stylist or the shop's owner or manager. Clients can't set one up; if they cancel a visit by text or from their link, only that visit is cancelled.
