Here, In the chair, Ready early

Mark where a visit is today: the stylist hears when their client arrives, and a client can be told to come early.

Tap an appointment on the Calendar. Under Where they are:

• Here - the client has arrived. The owner or a manager marks it, and the client's stylist gets a text saying so. Each stylist can turn that text off under Settings → Notifications.
• In the chair - the service has started. The stylist (or the owner) marks it. No messages; it just keeps everyone on track.
• [Stylist] is ready early - the stylist is running ahead. After you OK it, the client gets one text saying they can come in early if they'd like, no rush. Only before the appointment's time.

The calendar shows a small HERE, IN CHAIR or READY EARLY tag on the visit. Tap Clear to take it off.
