Commission stylists and booth renters

Commission sales go to the shop; renters can be paid straight to their own bank.

Set how your shop pays people in Salon Settings → How people get paid, and per person in Team Settings → (name) → Money.

Commission: the client pays the shop. The default (what a new commission stylist keeps) is set in How people get paid; each person can have their own. The owner's own sales are the shop's, with no split.
Booth renters: go on a rent plan - fixed rent, a percentage, a capped commission (a percentage until the shop's take reaches a cap for the week or month, then nothing), or a two-rate split (one percentage until a target, then a lower one). Make plans in How people get paid, then pick each renter's plan on their Money tab.
Automatic rent (same screen) collects each renter's plan from their bank the morning after their week or month ends, once you pick a start week. They get a heads-up the evening before.

Everyone sees their own deal, money coming to them and rent going out in Your settings → Pay in & pay out. Nobody sees anyone else's pay.
